• Express Delivery (1-2 working days): £9.99 + VAT
• Next-Day Delivery: £14.99 + VAT (order before 2pm for next working day)
• Pallet Delivery: For large orders, we offer palletised delivery with a dedicated courier. Pricing depends on volume and location.

• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
• We use DPD, DHL, and Palletways as our primary couriers.
• Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
• For vape products, an adult signature (18+) is required at the point of delivery.

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of products by NEOM TRADING LIMITED to trade customers. By opening a trade account and placing orders, you agree to these terms.

1. Trade Accounts

Trade accounts are available to registered businesses only. We reserve the right to verify business credentials and creditworthiness before approving an account.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date for approved accounts, or payment on order for new accounts.
• We accept BACS, credit/debit cards, and direct bank transfer.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the quoted price.

3. Product Compliance

• All vape products are TPD-compliant and legally approved for sale in the UK.
• Soft drinks and beverages meet UK food safety standards and labelling regulations.
• We do not sell any products to individuals under the age of 18.

4. Delivery & Returns

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we strive to meet all deadlines.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, vape products cannot be returned once opened.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
